Sale, Pricing / Terms & Conditions

Books and other products may be listed for sale on this site. Any prices shown are an invitation to treat, and a customer request is considered to be an offer made by the prospective purchaser. Acceptance only takes place when the offer is accepted by us on our terms and so notified to the purchaser, either by the processing of the request or by any other means of communication considered by us to be appropriate to the transaction.

Terms of sale are normally shipment after receipt of payment in full by us, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing in advance. Shipment is normally effected within five working days of receipt of payment in full, but occasionally this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. an out-of-stock situation. If the delay is unreasonably extended, we will revert to the purchaser to establish a mutually acceptable course of action, including cancellation/reversal of the transaction. The foregoing notwithstanding, delivery time will not be of the essence in any transaction.

The purchaser may withdraw from a purchase within seven days following the date of sale, by giving written notice of cancellation of the order. In such event, we will refund the cost of the order - including shipping costs if the order was for £15 or more. If already shipped, the purchaser will be liable for the cost of returning the items ordered, in original condition, by the same method they were shipped to the purchaser.

Where VAT is applicable, this will normally be included within the price shown.

We will gladly replace any item found to be faulty in manufacture, provided that the item is still available and in stock.

We cannot be held responsible for damage sustained in transit, nor for possible unsuitability of the product to the purchaser, or any other similar situations.

Title to goods ordered will pass to the purchaser on delivery, provided payment in full has been received by us.
